"My main line had a break in the pipe that comes down from the upstairs toilet. The Benjamin Franklin's plumber came, he was a very nice and polite man. He check the whole system and showed me what needed to be done. He went out of his way to work with me, and I was able to get repairs done right away. They were reasonably priced, and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make my repair's.
The replacement pipes looked wonderful, nice and clean once they were done.
Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, no messing around with any other company!

"Jewell Nixon with Benjamin Franklin did a great job. We had a cruddy old rusted main drain, a drippy sink, a leak in the tub and even an issue with the kitchen sink (no joke). Jewell worked fast, fixed it all in a day and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way. We were glad to learn from him and grateful for the outcome.
